Shipping policy

Cancellations or Change shipping adress
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase 

Change the shipping address: As fast as possible! I cannot change the shipping address you've given me after an order has already been shipped

Processing time 
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Shipping NL is a couple of days but Europa and other countries mostly take 15 business days because I ship in patches. But the more orders I get the faster I can ship. 

Some items might take longer than normal, especially for pre-orders. Read the product information when you order a Pre-order product. 

Estimated shipping times
Shipping time:
The Netherlands: 1 week
Europa: 1 till 2 weeks
Other: 2 till 4 weeks

Please allow a full month before assuming any merchandise got lost.
After that delay, you can contact me so we can work something out.
It can be then I will ask to wait a bit longer (2 weeks), depending on holidays or your country.

UK Shipping
Normally No. But you can always send a email. Mabey we can find a fitting solution.

United States Shipping
Yes. But it's expensive because off tariffs and the extra paper work. 

Hollidays and Strikes
I know around the holidays it can take long till your order arrived. Stikes alsow will take long bevore you get your order.
Around November and December can't guarantee if you get it on time. I advise Track & Trace option.

 If I can't ship your order to your country because of a strike I will let you know and cancel your order. 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Responsibility
Please understand that I'm not responsible for what happens with your package after items are shipped. I can't contact your country's postal service for you. I can only contact my own postal service.  

If your package doesn't get to you for some reason, and I gave you a tracking number, please wait until it returns back to me if you wish for me to resend it. It can take several weeks, months in some countries, for that to happen. Please kindly understand that I will not offer to resend your order for free, nor will I be held responsible if your order does not arrive using a non-tracking option.
