They are around 4 cm
and they have 2 Pins on the back with a rubber clutch.
 
Every pin is handmade, from filling the enamel to polishing the metal, so keep in mind that every pin cannot be perfect. 

A grade / Standard pins
My standard pin is the highest quality pins. Imperfections are usually only visible upon close-up or viewing the pin at a specific angle. 
Imperfections may include the following:
*Slightly low filling
*Very minor scratches or scuffs on surfaces
* Tiny pores (looks like bubbles) or faint dust in enamel
* Slight discoloration in metal

B Grade/ Seconds 
They still look awesome and fits the casual collector or wearer.  They may have one or more noticeable imperfections
More noticeable imperfections can include the following:

*Small black marks on enamel
*Noticeable scuffs of scratches in enamel or plating
*More noticeable tiny pores 
*More noticeable faint spect/dust
*Posts are slightly loose/wiggly
*Obvious stains or spots in enamel or on plating
*Areas of oxidation on the plating
*Larger areas of 'rough or uneven plating
*Up to one small area of missing enamel
*Overfilled enamel that stains the plating
